* Utility coordination to LA DWP, SCE, Glendale Water & Power, Burbank Water & Power and other Electrical Power company to initiate conversation and provide required single line diagram, electrical load calculations and site electrical plan.
* Provide Lighting Plan, Power Plan, HVAC Power Plan, Roof Electrical Plan and details.
* Provide Photometrics calculation required by Building & Safety.
* Process City submittal up to City approval.
* Provide Title 24 Compliance Forms on plan.
* Provide and generate panel schedule.
* Provide single line diagram.
* Coordinate all HVAC equipment and Plumbing equipment to have electrical power designation.
* Assist to provide lighting specification.
